New Delhi: You no longer need to stand in queues to buy an iPhone. Starting today, you can order it from fast-trading platforms like Blinkit and BB Now and have it delivered to your doorstep within minutes.

Albinder Dhindsa, co-founder and CEO of Blinkit, said in a social media post on Friday that the company will deliver the iPhone 16 in Delhi, NCR, Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru on the same day of the iPhone launch.

“Get the all-new iPhone 16 in 10 minutes! PS: Unicorn is also offering discounts on select credit cards and EMI options are also available,” Dhindsa said.

Blinkit, known for delivering groceries and other essentials in minutes, is expanding its offering to serve the high-demand tech market.

The company has collaborated with leading Unicorn Stores and Apple retailers to ensure that the iPhone 16 is available to its users immediately upon launch.

Meanwhile, long queues were seen outside the Apple store in Saket, Delhi, and the flagship store in BKC, Mumbai.

Akshay, a customer, says, “I came at 6 am. I bought the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I liked the iOS 18 and the camera zoom quality is better now. I am coming from Surat.”

Another customer, Ujjwal Shah, said, “I have been standing in queue for the last 21 hours. I have been here since 11am yesterday and I will be the first to enter the store today at 8am. I am very excited today… The mood in Mumbai for this phone is absolutely new… Last year, I was standing in queue for 17 hours.”

Apple launched the new iPhone 16 variants during the second week of September, and the phone will be available starting today, Friday, September 20. The base variant of the iPhone 16 with 128GB storage is priced at Rs 79,900.

To ensure on-time deliveries, the company has optimized its network of micro-logistics centers and has placed stock in strategic locations in major cities. The service will initially be available in selected areas and has plans to expand in the coming months.

This shift toward tech product deliveries could set a new standard in the e-commerce space, especially for high-value items.

With this offer, the platform aims to increase customer satisfaction by combining speed and convenience, ensuring that the iPhone 16 reaches its buyers in just 10 minutes of placing the order.
