He expressed his gratitude to his fans and cricket associations for their support throughout his career.

In an interaction with the media, Dhawan shared that he spends at least 30 minutes warming up before his main workout, incorporating glute exercises, mobility training, stretching, and more. Dhawan admitted that he finds glute exercises quite boring and prefers muscle-building exercises.

Gabbar also mentioned that she loves running exercises. Running improves blood circulation in the body. You should run or jog for at least 30 minutes before performing exercises.

Shikhar Dhawan is a big fan of yoga. He believes that practicing yoga asanas on a daily basis is essential. Dhawan usually starts his yoga session with breathing exercises, which help strengthen his body and give him a sense of peace. He debunks the myth that athletes need a protein-rich diet, stating that carbs are crucial for boosting energy. “I train a lot, so I burn all the calories and also keep my skin pores in check. People have a misconception that sportspeople need a protein-rich diet. I think carbs are necessary for boosting energy,” he said in a media interaction.
