On the basis of which the court will now proceed with the hearing of the pending cases. The hearing took place for about 45 minutes from 2:00 pm to 2.45 pm in the single bench of Justice Mayank Kumar Jain.

However, during the hearing, Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee filed an objection and requested to postpone the hearing of the case. Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee and Waqf Board argued to the court that the matter is still pending in the Supreme Court. The Muslim side also appealed not to conduct the trial of the cases until the Supreme Court’s decision comes. However, the Hindu side said in the court that the Supreme Court has not stopped the trial. Therefore, the trial of the cases should continue. The Hindu parties say that all the points of contention they have given in the court are evidential and factual.
