The Board has said that those applicants who had used the swipe up option were nominated from the first selection list of non-governmental institutions. But in the second phase he could not be assigned the institution of his higher choice and the applicant again used the swipe up option to enroll in the institution of his higher choice in the third phase. However, candidates can appear in the third phase.
Those applicants selected in the first or second selection list issued at the committee level for non-government institutions, had enrolled in the allotted institution by depositing a security amount of three thousand rupees.
