All India Sant Samiti National General Secretary Jitendrananda Saraswati said, “The revelation made by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu about adulteration in the Tirupati temple Prasad is a very serious religious offence. In the Jagan Mohan Reddy government, animals have been included in the Prasad, ghee made from fat was being used. It is not the job of the government to manage the monasteries. But mixing animal fat in the prasad is religiously unforgivable. And this is a big crime by exposing this.

Acharya Satyendra Das, the head priest of the Ram temple, said on this incident that the saints will not tolerate this kind of behaviour at all. The incident that has occurred in Andhra Pradesh is very disgusting, the person who carries out such an incident is a traitor. The faith of millions of people has been hurt. This should be investigated and the culprit should be given the most severe punishment. The holy boy Diwakaracharya of Ayodhya said on this issue that those who have committed this crime should be investigated. Mixing meat in laddus and promoting jihad is wrong. No one’s religion should be corrupted like this. The government should enact a big law for this.

According to the NDDB report, the Prasad of laddus prepared in the Tirupati temple contains beef fat, other animal fats and fish oil mixed in. All these are found in the ghee with which the laddus are prepared. The surprising thing is that these laddus were not only distributed to the devotees as Prasad but were also offered to God as Prasad.
