TNPSC Group 1 Services Preliminary Results 2024 have been released. The direct link to check the results is provided here.

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has released the TNPSC Group 1 Services Preliminary Result 2024. Candidates who have appeared for the Combined Civil Services I (Group I Services) Preliminary Examination can check the results on the official website of TNPSC at tnpsc.gov.in.

The preliminary exam was held on July 13, 2024. All candidates who want to check the results can follow the steps detailed below.

  • Visit the official website of TNPSC at tnpsc.gov.in.
  • Click on the TNPSC Group 1 Services Result 2024 link available on the home page.
  • A new page will open where candidates can check their list numbers.
  • Please download the page and retain a printed copy of the same for future needs.

Candidates whose registration numbers are in the above list have been provisionally admitted to the Main Written Examination on the basis of the marks they obtained in the Preliminary Examination.

Those candidates who have cleared the preliminary examination will be required to appear for the main examination. Candidates who have been provisionally admitted to the main written examination are required to pay Rs.200/- as the examination fee (unless fee waiver is claimed) and are required to upload the scanned copy of documents in support of the claims made in the online application from 6th to 15th September, 2024 through all sources including e-seva centres.

The Main Written Examination will be held from 10th to 13th December 2024 at Chennai Centre.

The main examination will consist of a written examination and an interview. The written examination will consist of four papers, of which Paper I will be of qualifying nature. The marks obtained in Papers II, III and IV and the marks obtained in the interview will be taken into account for the classification. The main examination answer sheets of Papers II, III and IV will be evaluated only if the candidate obtains the minimum marks required to qualify in Paper I.
