After introducing the limited-edition festive edition of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Toyota is also working on a Signature edition for the mid-size SUV. Like the Festive Edition, the Signature Edition of the Hyryder will also feature cosmetic upgrades. However, the scale is enormous. Although there are no changes to the vehicle’s design, the Signature edition brings considerable cosmetic improvements.

On the outside, a two-tone color scheme is seen. This will be available in multiple options. A video shared by The Car Show on YouTube shows the Hyryder Exclusive Edition in two-tone blue and silver paint. The special edition also comes with piano black side moldings, which replace the matte black moldings on standard models. It also sees some minor revisions to the front grille. The Signature Edition receives a new set of aftermarket wheels on the trims, with the option of alloy wheels.

The changes are also significant inside. The cabin is upholstered in two tones, matching the exterior color. The seats are made of imitation leather. The same material is used on the door trims, center tunnel, door pads and steering wheel. Toyota has also replaced the standard beige headliner with a velvety black one. Similarly, the pillars also receive a black border. The Hyryder feature list does not change with the Signature edition. It will vary depending on the finish you choose.

The Signature Edition does not change the mechanical specifications of the Hyryder. The mild hybrid variants of this mid-size SUV are powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine that produces 101 PS and 136 Nm of maximum torque. The hybrid variants feature a 1.5-liter unit, assisted by an electric motor that delivers 91 HP and 122 Nm of maximum torque. Pricing for the Hyryder Signature Edition is still under wraps. Prices of the regular versions of the Hyryder fall from Rs 11.14 lakh (ex-showroom) to Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
