Several Hanoi Districts remained submerged on Thursday, while the weather agency predicted little change in the water levels of the Red River over the next 24 hours. The sudden and intense rainfall has caused significant damage to infrastructure, leaving many trails impassable. Rescue teams and local authorities have been working tirelessly to clear debris, repair damaged trails and provide assistance to affected communities. The situation remains volatile and the duration of closures will depend on the progress of recovery efforts.
