After the arrest, a medical check-up of both the youths was conducted at the Barahat Community Health Centre. After investigation confirmed consumption of alcohol, an FIR was registered against both of them at the police station on Tuesday and they were sent to Banka under police custody. According to information, the accused caught by the police is Bittu Kumar, father of Parmanand Singh of Chhoti Kharwa village, while the other accused is said to be Ashwani Kumar, father of Jaikant Rai of Simaria village. Station House Officer Deepak Paswan said that two youths were arrested and sent to court for creating ruckus after drinking alcohol.

Three guarantors went to jail
