Ucch Shiksha Scholarship Scheme: Government to give Rs 1000 per month to students, applications open

The Chief Minister issued the notification for the Higher Education Scholarship Scheme for which applications will begin from September 20. For this, the government will provide ₹ 1000 per month.

The University Education Commission has issued a notification for the scholarship scheme. In this, scholarships will be given for higher education. Those who have passed 12th can fill the application form. Applications have started from September 20 and the last date is November 20.

The main objective of the Chief Minister Higher Education Scholarship Scheme is to encourage talented low fibre students to take up higher education. In this regard, the government will give ₹500 to the first 100 students in the secondary examination list. it will be given for 10 months whereas the government will give ₹1000 to talented disabled students and ₹10000 will be given for 1 year i.e. 10 months.

Eligibility for Chief Minister’s Higher Education Scholarship Scheme

For this scholarship scheme, students who have passed class 12 of Board of Secondary Education can fill the application form, who have passed the class with 60% marks and have also secured the first 1 lakh position in the priority list along with their parents or guardians. The annual income should be up to Rs 2.5 lakh.

The applicant should be studying regularly in a government or recognized college or technical institute and should be a native of Rajasthan. Disabled students will be required to produce a 40% disability certificate issued by the medical board constituted by the medical department.

Benefits of Chief Minister’s Higher Education Scholarship Scheme

Allahabad students on the seniority list in class 12 of the Board of Secondary Education will be given ₹500 each for one year and not more than 10 months i.e. ₹5000.

Under this plan, enrolled students of both sexes studying at higher education institutions will receive benefits for a maximum of five years. If the student stops studying before five years, the benefit will not be granted later.

Eligible disabled students will be given an annual payment of ₹1000 per month not to exceed 10 months in a year i.e. a maximum of ₹10000.

You will have to apply online for this scholarship scheme. To apply, download the official notification, then you need to log in to the SSO portal. Now you need to fill the application form by clicking on register.

Now you have to upload your documents to the scholarship and complete all the requested information correctly and completely.
