In Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, a married woman committed suicide by hanging herself. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot, took the body in custody and sent it for postmortem and started investigating the case. The relatives of the deceased have made serious allegations against her in-laws.
The family says that their daughter was prevented from making reels on Instagram and she was also harassed for dowry. The police have registered a case against six people including the deceased’s husband.
Woman committed suicide by hanging herself in her in-laws’ house
The deceased’s father told the police that he had married his daughter Muskan to a young man named Chand Khan, a resident of Akrabad, with great pomp in the year 2018. After marriage, Muskan did not have any children, after which she became fond of making reels on Instagram. There was a dispute in the in-laws’ house over this. It is alleged that Muskan’s husband Chand stopped his wife from making reels several times but she did not listen. Due to this discord, she committed suicide on Sunday night.
Police registered a case and started investigation
On this matter, the police said that the police has sent the dead body of a married woman for postmortem after taking it into custody under Pilkhana police station area. The police has registered a case on the basis of the complaint. After this, the police has started investigation. Initial investigation has revealed that the deceased was fond of making reels, due to which she used to have quarrels with her in-laws.
