The exam will be conducted at 1,174 centres across 67 districts of Uttar Pradesh. A total of 48,17,441 candidates (48.17 lakh or over 4.8 million) have applied to appear for the written exam.
UP Police Constable Admit Card has been released for the exam dates of 23, 24 and 25 August 2024.
Candidates who appear must arrive at the examination centre 2 hours before the start of the sessions. The entrance gate will be closed 30 minutes before the start of the examination and no candidate will be allowed to enter after that time.
The UPPBPB constable exam was earlier held in four shifts on February 17 and 18, 2024, across the state. However, the state government cancelled it on February 24 as its question paper was leaked. The government has ordered the exam to be held again within six months.
