UP Police Constable Exam: UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam has started from today i.e. on Friday, August 23. This exam will be conducted in two shifts in 5 days. More than 48 lakh candidates will appear in this exam, who will be appearing for 60 thousand posts. The first shift of this exam, which will be conducted in two shifts, will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. While the second shift exam will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The UP police recruitment exam was organised in the month of February this year. But it was cancelled following allegations of paper leaks. This time, the state government has taken strict security measures regarding the exam. During this period, the examination centres will be monitored with the help of drones, CCTV cameras and control rooms. From the UP Chief Minister to the DGP, ADG along with the SP, DSP and police personnel are keeping a close eye on the exam.
Monitoring will be carried out using a drone camera and control room.
Many precautions are being taken regarding the police recruitment exam in Uttar Pradesh. To prevent cheating in the exams, control rooms have been arranged at all the examination centres. All the control rooms have been linked to the main control room at the district level. All the district control rooms are being monitored from the state control room. District magistrate level officials have been deployed to monitor these control rooms.
Apart from the control room, all the examination centres will also be monitored through CCTV cameras and drones. The state government has taken strict security measures to prevent copying.
According to the new law, strict action will be taken against people who cheat or deceive in the police recruitment exam. If anyone is found guilty of paper leak, he or she will be punished with life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1 million.
Additional wagons installed on trains for testing
Keeping in view the UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination, Northern Railway has made arrangements to include additional coaches in the trains for the convenience of the candidates. As per the information received from Lucknow Northern Railway, two additional general class coaches have been added to the Bareilly-Prayagraj Sangam Express (Train No. 14308) from 29th to 31st August and Prayagraj Sangam-Bareilly Express (Train No. 14307) from 1st to 3rd September.
Apart from this, two additional coaches will be provided on Prayagraj-Jaunpur Passenger (04383) and Jaunpur-Prayagraj Passenger (04384) from 30th August 2024 to 1st September 2024. Also, arrangements will be made to provide additional coaches in one or two trains. This facility is provided to the candidates to easily reach the examination centres.
