Fast and Furious fame Vin Diesel took to his Instagram account to commemorate the 51st birth anniversary of late actor Paul Walker and shared a throwback photo of the two working on the Fast and Furious franchise. Along with the photo, Vin also penned a lengthy note remembering his late friend and wrote, “Looking back a quarter of a century ago… I think this was the moment we knew our brotherhood was going to change Hollywood, that you and I meant something to the world… a multicultural brotherhood, united not by blood, but by love.”

He also went on to express the emotional weight of Walker’s absence, particularly as he anticipates the next installment in the franchise, writing, “To think I just saw concept art for the next chapter. Brian… yeah, I’m going to have to prepare myself for this next movie.”
In her message, she also mentioned how much she missed Paul’s presence when she visited her family. “I saw your mother and father this summer. I could feel you in their loving embrace… for the past 11 years I have held the words like talismans of light, each one has gifted me so much with its love and wisdom,” she wrote.
In the next part, he praised Paul’s daughter for her active involvement in environmental advocacy, echoing her father’s commitment to charitable causes. ”And your daughter… My goodness, she really continues your good works, speaking out on behalf of our oceans. Just a few weeks ago, at a birthday dinner… Meadow made a toast, man, you would have been so proud. She has a way of speaking from the heart that echoes the melody of grace in such a beautiful way,” he added.
For those unaware, Paul Walker died in a car accident in November 2013. He played Brian O’Conner in the popular Fast and Furious series. His final appearance in the series was in the seventh film of the franchise.
