Paris: Telegram CEO Pavel Durov was reportedly spotted in Paris with his girlfriend, a cryptocurrency coach, recently.
Durov was arrested two weeks ago by French police at an airport near Paris on allegations that his platform was being used for illicit activities such as drug trafficking and the distribution of child sexual abuse images.
He has been banned from leaving Paris and must report to a Paris police station twice a week.
The case made further headlines when several reports suggested that Juli Vavilova, the founder’s girlfriend and a Dubai-based cryptocurrency coach, could be the reason for Durov’s arrest.
