Waaree Energies, a solar PV module manufacturer with 12 GW of installed capacity, was founded in December 1990. The company’s IPO price band is set between Rs 1,427 and Rs 1,503 per share, with lot size minimum of 9 shares, which requires a minimum retail price. investment of Rs 13,527. For smaller NIIs, the minimum lot size is 15 lots (135 shares), valued at Rs 202,905, and for larger NIIs, 74 lots (666 shares), totaling Rs 1,000,998.
The allotment was finalized on October 24 and the shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on October 28, 2024. Waaree’s solar product portfolio includes multicrystalline, monocrystalline and TopCon modules, featuring flexible bifacial (Mono PERC) options and power building-integrated photovoltaics. (BIPV), which serve a diverse energy market.
According to various websites that track premium gray market activities, Waaree Energies Limited IPO shares have a GMP in the price range of Rs 1,250 – Rs 1,300 in the unlisted market.
