The Extremaduran authorities have decided to help 200 remote workers and digital nomads in their region. A total budget of two million euros has been allocated for this purpose. Digital nomads will also receive financial aid and will be able to enjoy a lower cost of living compared to other areas of Spain.

According to the official statement, the program helps these people by offering them information about the different services they can find in the region: available housing, arable land and everything necessary to speed up their arrival.
