The following diet plan is suggested by weight loss coach and keto dietician Dr. Swati Singh. Check it out below.

Diet plan to lose 2 kg in a week

  1. Start of the day – You should start your day with a glass of lukewarm water. You should never drink cold water in the morning. You can drink diluted water like cumin water, cardamom water, fennel water and fenugreek water in the morning.
  2. Breakfast – You can have a boiled egg, some oats or poha for breakfast. This will provide you with protein and carbohydrates. You can have gram flour cheela with curd any day.
  3. Snacks before eating – To avoid feeling too hungry, you can eat a handful of nuts or a seasonal fruit before lunch. Do not include any sweet foods in your weight loss diet.
  4. Lunch – You can eat millet roti with any protein source like cottage cheese and any vegetables. Along with this, have a bowl of salad. Salad is very important for weight loss. Fiber helps keep weight under control as it burns fat faster.
  5. Appetizers – In the afternoon, you can have green tea, black coffee or tea. Also, you can have roasted makhana, roasted peanuts, roasted gram, millet or any other healthy snack. If you have not eaten dry fruits in the morning, you can eat them at this time.
  6. Dinner – It should be taken 3 hours before sleeping. Only light food should be eaten for dinner. Minimal activity should be done after dinner. Therefore, dal, rice and salad should be eaten for dinner. 1 roti can be eaten instead of rice.
  7. Evening – If you feel hungry after dinner, drink a cup of turmeric milk before going to sleep. This will boost your immunity and also curb your hunger.
  8. Water – It is important to drink the right amount of water throughout the day. If you drink the right amount of water, you will also be able to control hunger. You should drink between 2 and 3 liters of water throughout the day. If you do any physical activity, increase the amount of water.
