“In October 2014, we played West Indies at the Feroz Shah Kotla, a match we won comfortably but played utterly poorly. MS was furious at what he perceived as a lack of effort and poor fitness. ‘I feel a lot is missing. We need to get our act together. We haven’t played to our full potential. This match is a crucial eye-opener for us. We are on the winning side but we could have lost,'” Sridhar wrote.
