In a final video involving Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcarazwhich has been circulating on social media, has caught the attention of fans and bewildered tennis faithful are scratching their heads at what appears to be some sort of strange witchcraft.
Djokovic and Alcaraz both took part in the Stars of the Open event, which marked the start of the final Grand Slam of the 2024 season. Following the event, the US Open’s official social media account posted an unusual X-rated video. In the clip, Djokovic abruptly disappears from the scene, leaving the camera focused solely on Alcaraz.
The “Stars of the Open” event featured former US Open champions against fan favourites at Flushing Meadows. Alcaraz and Djokovic were paired with tennis icons for the doubles matches. Djokovic teamed up with American legend John McEnroe, while Alcaraz joined forces with the great Andre Agassi. All four players wore microphones, allowing fans to hear the exchanges between the teams. Djokovic and McEnroe claimed victory with a score of 10-8. Now, the Serb will likely be hoping for a similar triumph over the Spaniard at the US Open next week.
Looking ahead to the 2024 US Open, Novak Djokovic will face Moldovan tennis player Radu Albot in the first round. Their match is scheduled for Tuesday, August 27 at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Meanwhile, Carlos Alcaraz will face Australian Li Tu at the same venue the following day.
