IT services company wipro has launched a new hybrid work policy that requires employees to work from the office three days a week.

When announcing the new policy, Saurabh GovilChief Human Resources Officer at Wipro, highlighted the company’s focus on a “balanced” work environment that encourages “innovation” through in-person collaboration, while respecting the personal needs of its associates.

The policy allows wipro Employees can select their office days based on their need for collaboration, while maintaining the flexibility of working remotely during the remaining days.

The hybrid arrangement offers employees the option to pursue remote work on specific days during the year, especially in cases where they need to focus on personal well-being or caring responsibilities, Govil said in a LinkedIn post.
