Zonal office involvement in freezing government land at Rajendra Nagar bus stand, revenue cut from 1986 to 2025

Gopalganj. The high-level investigation into the acquisition of land of Jamabandi bus stand of Rajendra Nagar by fraudulent means in the name of a person continued for the second day as well. On the other hand, after the investigation so far, Dr Pradeep Kumar, SDO, submitted his report to the DM. In the SDO’s investigation, the involvement of the zonal office has come to light. During the investigation, it was said that the site’s server had crashed. After that, when the SDO investigated in his office late in the evening, it became clear that while saying that the land was registered in 1980, fake Jamabandi paper was added to the Register-2 records in 1980-81. After that, the land receipt will not be issued till the year 2024. After the approval of CO Ghulam Sarwar at 10:44 am on September 2, 2024, a rent receipt of Rs 1,900 was also deducted at 3:04 pm on September 3 in the name of Bajpta Ajay Dubey. Pointing out the involvement of the zonal office in its investigation, the SDO recommended registering an FIR against the persons involved in the fraud with immediate effect. On the second day of investigation, Register-2 was also sealed after hours of discussion between the SDO and Additional Collector Ashish Kumar Sinha. After the SDO’s investigation report, further action should be taken at the DM level. A conspiracy was hatched to obtain the Rajendra Nagar bus stand land in the names of a total of six persons through fraud. The land mafia could not succeed in this. There were plans to take over the bus stand. After a high-level investigation initiated by the administration, despite the evidence found by the investigators, it became clear that in the last two to three months, with full planning, the property was completely destroyed. The bus stand worth billions of rupees was taken over. There was a plan to capture it. In this context, Ajay Dubey submitted an application to the Municipal Council on July 11, stating that some people have illegally encroached on the land of his bus stand in Rajendra Nagar. Subsequently, the CEO of the municipal council, Rahuldhar Dubey, through his letter number 1852, conducted an inquiry and sought a report from the OC. On August 6, the OC submitted its report to the Municipal Council through letter number 2288 and alleged illegal occupation of Ajay Dubey’s land. The OC report was not taken seriously by the municipality. After waiting for a month for the action of the Municipal Council, the CO ordered the receipt to be discounted on September 2 and the receipt was discounted on September 3. In its September 10 edition, Prabhat Khabar revealed that the land of Rajendra Nagar bus stand has been frozen in the name of six persons. Following that, the Municipal Council swung into action. The Municipal Council Chairman Harendra Choudhary protested in a meeting with the ward councillors while the Municipal Council raised an objection to the CO report and sent a letter to the SDO in its letter number 2255 dated October 20, 1993 with the approval of the then DM Later. On December 28, 1993, the Supreme Post Office was assigned the clearance of a total of 13 shops constructed. The Rajendra bus stand has been renovated every year by the Municipal Council for many decades. The old Municipal Council building is also located on the said land. It is used to store cleaning vehicles and other equipment of the Municipal Council. There has been interference from the Municipal Council for many decades. Regular monthly rent is also received from the allotted shops. The report of the OC that there has been illegal encroachment on the bus stand premises is beyond the truth and it seems that the so called Jamabandi of the Municipal Council bus stand land has been established under the connivance and well planned conspiracy of the Circle Officer’s office. .It has gone.
