Subsequently, the CEO of the municipal council, Rahuldhar Dubey, through his letter number 1852, conducted an inquiry and sought a report from the OC. On August 6, the OC submitted its report to the Municipal Council through letter number 2288 and alleged illegal occupation of Ajay Dubey’s land. The OC report was not taken seriously by the municipality. After waiting for a month for the action of the Municipal Council, the CO ordered the receipt to be discounted on September 2 and the receipt was discounted on September 3.
